Cabin Rental Policies

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information during your visit, please feel free to contact us at 828-538-0414. We kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies to help ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In:
Check-in begins after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access to your cabin is provided through a keyless entry keypad located on the front door. Your access code will be sent in your confirmation email.

Check-Out:
Check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Before leaving, please:

• Place all used towels in the bathtub
• Turn off all lights
• Set the thermostat to:
• 74°F during summer
• 68°F during all other seasons
• Lock the keypad upon departure

Garbage Disposal

Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located near the rock wall. Complimentary garbage bags are available by texting 828-538-0414.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests by avoiding loud music or excessive noise, especially around fire pits and common areas.

Children

Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. For safety reasons, children should not play in roadways or driving areas.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome; however, the following rules apply:

• Pets must remain on a leash at all times
• Pets may not be left unattended at the campsite
• Pets may not be tied to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste
• Dogs must be crated while unattended inside cabins

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cabins.

Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in designated trash containers after fully extinguishing them. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or anywhere on the property.

Parking & Speed Limit

• Please park only in designated parking areas
• Do not block roads or areas used by other guests
• The speed limit throughout the property is 10 MPH

Damages

Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay. A thorough inspection will be conducted after check-out, and guests will be notified of any charges for damages or excessive cleaning.

Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, removal from the property, and possible involvement of law enforcement.

Maintenance & Emergencies

If you experience any issues during your stay, please call or text the property manager at 828-538-0414 for assistance.

Please do not attempt to repair, alter, or modify anything without prior authorization.

For emergencies, dial 911 and provide your cabin number. Emergency services should use NRC Road for the property address.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to check-in.
